Brand Identity
The Idea Behind The Brand.
While alchemists are often remembered for their quest to turn base metals into gold, their deeper pursuit was always transformation. I am especially drawn to the image of alchemists as healers—those who combined liquid ingredients into potent remedies that promised renewal. Throughout my life, I’ve felt called to be of service. As a sensitive and empathetic person, I thrive when I can help others, and that impulse is infused in my work. Luminous reflects the guiding light I aim to offer, while alchemy embodies the transformative process itself.
The idea of "liquid alchemy" and potions as remedies ties directly into my creative practice. Each design becomes a carefully blended potion of identity and presence. Hence the name The Luminous Alchemist. The potion bottle and bubbles in my logo symbolize this philosophy by representing the design process as alchemy. It also reflects my signature offer of premade kits as potions of digital presence, bubbling with bold expression and ready to create transformation.

Self-taught designer living in Vancouver, Washington.
Listened to CDs from Spice Girls, No Doubt, Pink, and Aqua as a kid.
Decorated my teenage room with cheetah wallpaper accents.
Built my first website in 2009 after graduating high school.
Moved to Maui and worked at luaus as a henna tattoo artist.
Joined the Air Force and worked overseas as a logistics planner.
Lived in Oregon, Maui, Turkey, Italy, New Mexico, and now Washington.
Hobbies include video games, anime, and occasional fantasy novels.
Generator Profile 1/3 in Human Design and Enneagram Type 9.
Cat person who doesn’t hate dogs, just really loves cats.

I started this business mid-2024 but I have always been learning about design. Since I was a child, I have loved art. I’ve drawn a lot throughout my life, and it gave me an aesthetic foundation. Constantly reading and writing, with a knack for grammar and sentence structure, I have often been asked to help with editing.
When I built my first website as a horse trainer, I earned the bulk of my clients with it. After joining the Air Force, I worked as a logistics planner, structuring and organizing complex systems of data involving hundreds of people and their equipment. My strengths lie in my ability to create what is efficient yet also captivating.

Like color palette combinations, complimentary font pairings, copywriting strategy, how to design a well-rounded logo suite, and how to set up a website with a streamlined structure.
